Yes, just go to the Settings > Manage Properties > edit property button > Pricing Rules tab. Then create new rate and specify rate factor for it. For example if you would like to make depending rate 10% cheaper than parent (default) rate just enter 0.90 to the Factor field and click save at the bottom of the page. Prices for depending rates will be automatically recalculated when you update parent rate. You can manage restrictions like minimum and maximum length of stay, no-check-in and no-check-out days of the week for each depending rate separately.
