- price based on room/unit occupancy
- minimum room/unit occupancy
- discounts for early bird bookings
- discounts for last minute bookings
- variable discounts for long-stay bookings
- weekend price
- stay X nights, pay for Y nights
- weekly and monthly rates
- several rates per property (you can create different rates for a property i.e. for each distribution channel)
- staying periods and booking periods for any rule (Start and End dates)
