First of all we assume your property is already set on Colibri and you already have a signed contract with HotelBeds. If so then just make following steps:
- Contact us and provide your credentials for Hotelbeds extranet (username and password) and your property ID
- We will contact hotelbeds connection team to enable connection, it may take some time while connection established
- When we received confirmation that connection has been enabled for your property we will map your room categories and rates. When it’s done we will push availability and prices to Hotelbeds. After that we will validate that availability and prices were synced correctly. Will let you know via email when it’s done. Normally it takes just few hours.
- Then make a test booking of your hotel and make sure that your test reservation appeared in PMS. Validate that all information was captured fully and correctly. Try update and cancel. If there any problems immediately contact Colibri via support@colibripms.com
